A general class in the tradition of Desikachar. Uses asana, pranayama and reflection to release tension, increase flexibility and develop strength in body and mind. Some previous yoga experience preferred.

Yoga for Seniors

If you can breathe you can do yoga! This class is excellent for maintaining mobility and a sense of well being. It is also suitable for people with chronic conditions subject to the advice of their health care practitioner.
